Make up Picture Day
Photo Make-up Day is scheduled for Sunday, October 3rd. If you missed Photo Day or wish to retake your photo*, contact Shooting Stars Productions

Those that sign-up for Make-up Day will be provided with all the details (time, location, instructions, etc).

*Photos from Photo Day will be delivered to your Photo Coordinator, Kim Carroll. Stay tuned for distribution information.

For clarification, when each player receives their photos they will also be provided with an individual "access code" to view, reorder, and forward their photo. This code will be sent via email and printed on your Order Recap. All reorders will be mailed to the address provided during check-out.

Where do I turn in the completed Sponsorship Form and money?: It is best to mail the Sponsorship Forms and the money to our mail box:

When do we get the sponsor t-shirts?: You will receive a phone call when your team's sponsor t-shirts are available. You can pick them up at Tetotom Park during game times on Saturday.
Who will be taking our pictures?: Our picture vendor this year is Shooting Stars - http://www.shootingstarsphoto.com/
Where do I get the Picture Order Forms?: A picture information sheet will be supplied by the Team Parent. Order forms will be provided for those wishing to order. Otherwise, orders can be placed on-line.
What is included in the standard picture package?: Families are welcome to choose additional items from the photographer, but the standard package covered by your league fees will be provided by your team parent. Additional items may be purchased directly from the vendor's website.
When can I pick up the pictures? Where can I pick up the pictures?: Pictures will be delivered to the league a few weeks after picture day and will be distributed by the team parents.
When is the picture make-up date?: You can contact the picture vendor directly on their website to order make-up pictures and retakes.
When is the trophy information due? Where do I turn in the trophy information?: Completed trophy forms should be mailed by September 1:
