Antelope AYSO Region 884

Region

American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) is a nationwide non-profit organization that develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs in a fun, family environment based on AYSO's Six Philosophies:

  • Open Registration - we do not hold tryouts... anyone who wants to can play!
  • Everyone Plays - we want all players to equally participate in our games
  • Balanced Teams - we believe the best competition occurs between teams that are even in terms of player experience and ability
  • Positive Coaching - coaches are here to teach, develop skills and encourage!
  • Good Sportsmanship - win or lose, playing the game fairly is the most important thing!
  • Player Development - a commitment to developing each player's soccer abilities

2019 Regular Season (Fall)

Most families are familiar with our Fall Season. It is during the Fall Season that we register hundreds of kids, organize dozens of teams, have an Opening Day Parade and hold a Picture Day. When you see the kids playing soccer at our parks during the late summer and early fall, this is the season they are playing.
Registration for the Fall Season usually occurs in the months of April, May, and June. Be sure to check this website, check our local Antelope News newspaper, and look for flyers and banners announcing our registration dates.

The season begins with practices starting August 1. Games will be scheduled from August through November and all games will be played on Saturday mornings. The season ends with a Regional Tournament scheduled just before Thanksgiving each year, weather permitting. Our U5, U6, U7, U8, U10 and U16/19 divisions will play their games at the same park all season long. Our U12 and U14 divisions will play their home games here in Antelope, but will also travel to other communities for their away games. Currently our Area includes the communities of Antelope, Rio Linda, Davis, Esparto, Winters, and Colusa County.

If you would like to pay with Cash or Check, please complete the registration process all the way until your player/players are "in the shopping cart". Then attend a registration event and we will process your payment then.
